Jakarberg may have to give up the post of Facebook CEO until 2019

By 2019, Facebook’s current chief executive Mark Zuckerberg may have to leave his post. Some shareholders of the company, while supporting the demand for the removal of Zuckerberg, have said that because of not taking the right decision in some high profile debates, we support Zuckerberg’s removal proposal.

It has been said in the resolution that due to lack of independence and lack of inspection by the chairman of the board, Facebook did not work properly on issues related to Russia’s intervention in the US elections and Cambridge analytics data leaks.

However, this proposal will be voting during the annual meeting scheduled for May 2019. According to the voting results, it will be decided whether Zuckerberg should be removed or not.

Facebook has not responded to this proposal and any dispute related to it

So far Facebook has not responded to the ongoing dispute over Zuckerberg. State Treasures of Illinois, Rhode Island and Pennsylvania with the New York City Controller Scott Stringer also endorsed the offer.

Stringer said on this issue, Facebook plays an important role in our society and economy. Their social and economic responsibility is to become transparent. We are demanding that the boarding board of the company be free and responsible.

In spite of this proposal letter against Zuckerberg, according to a report released by the company in April, Zuckerberg has about 60 percent voting rights. In the companies offering to remove them, the New York City Pension Fund had 4.5 million shares till July 31, while the Pennsylvania Treasury had 38737 shares.

On the insult of India’s national symbols and constitutional posts, Lucknow’s lawyer Omkar Dwivedi has lodged a complaint against the operators of Facebook and Associate applications, including Facebook owner Mark Zuckerberg. The libel has been filed by Facebook on its social media platform, because of the constitutional posts of India’s President, Prime Minister, etc., along with the false humorous use of Indian national symbol Ashok Latt cheap and misuse of entertainment.
